Performing Arts Compliance Solutions collects minimal relevant personal data that is necessary to carry out the services requested. That information is stored securely on both a hard drive and a secure cloud location. Once it is no longer required, that data will be destroyed from both locations.

General Data

I will collect your name, and contact details (e.g. email, phone number, address) in order to provide a quote for the services requested.

Risk Assessments

Some risk assessments will require further personal data to be gathered in order to be effective and cover all potential risks. This may include sensitive personal data such as relevant medical information.

Dance Examinations Officer

In order to perform this role, I will need some access to the personal data of your clients, members of your staff, and the relevant exam boards. Due to the different levels of services offered, a full description of data needed, the length of time it will be held and how it will be deleted will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of my services.

Administration

Depending on the level of support required, I will collect only the data necessary to carry out the tasks requested. This information will only be kept whilst the support is active.

Performances

Where necessary, additional personal data may be collected in line with those requested by bespoke risk assessments. This data will be stored until the performance has been completed and my services are no longer required.

DBS & Identity Checks

On requesting a DBS or Identity Check, I will collect all of the relevant information required by the DBS authority, including sensitive personal information for the length of time necessary to complete the assessment. Once the Identity has been confirmed and the DBS check completed all personal data will be destroyed.

Safeguarding/Welfare Officer

As a welfare officer, I will require access to both your clients and your staff’s personal data. As an advisor I will only need access to the personal data of the person requesting support.
